We really enjoyed this boutique hotel. the location was unbeatable, just off the shopping mall, shops, and the center of town. Our venue was located 2 km from tourist attractions like Riverside Venue.

The breakfast is always amazing and the location is perfect, wouldn’t be too hard to find for someone who is not from Bloemfontein
I hate that they are no mats on the bathroom floors and the shower glass is too exposed, there’s zero privacy.

Convenient location, near shops and restaurants in both malls and town center. They also offer vegetarian breakfast options, which is a big plus for me! 🌱.

The accommodation was tidy, the room was well-appointed and brand-new. The food selection was good. The location was central, ideal close to everything. What's more, it was near to the center of town, the malls, and the shopping mall.
Some of the staff were not very friendly.

Conveniet location to waterfront shopping centre and schools.
Had the misfortune of a group of young people that were loud and unruley the entire evening, apparently several guests complained and they were eventually asked to leave around 4am, we had no sleep. The tall popular trees at the front of the building rub on the corrugated roof when the wind blows, this also makes it impossible to sleep.
